I love using this in my kitchen. Whenever I need to do a complete cleaning I just take a wet cloth and pour some Simple Green on it and rub away. It has a nice smell and takes out the oil and grease really easy. It makes my kitchen look great! I use it inside my stove, on the cabinets, microwave, and floors. An Excellent Product!

I’m not a natural product junkie. We discovered this product by accident, and it’s become a staple. We especially love it for floors, kitchen grease and basic bath upkeep. A bit fume-y but there’s nothing that gets our gas range cleaner.

You can’t degrease with all-purpose cleaner, as it is not concentrated enough. I like to go to my local hardware store and pickup a 1-gallon jug of Simple Green Concentrate. Runs around $15.00.
DEGREASING USING CONCENTRATE: Sometimes, you need to degrease things, like your kitchen stove. Using a 100% concentrated mix, I am able to tackle the task well. All I need is about 4 to 6 sprays of this mix, and I can remove the grease quite well. Because I work on small engines and equipment, degreasing is a must, if I want to get those engines cleaned and ready to go. I also use a 100% concentrated mix to degrease them, however, you must be careful when getting this product on your plastics. A 100% mix, will cause your plastics to fade!
This is an excellent product for cleaning and degreasing engines, but a 100% concentrated mix, also works well on the oil spills of my workshop floor. I try to minimize spills as much as possible, but sometimes, it happens, there’s nothing you can do. However, with a little simple green soaking on there, and then cleaning off with a shop rag, seems to work well.
USING IN POWER WASHERS: As you might or may not be aware, you can’t run normal detergents through a pressure washer. This is because they contain harmful, corrosive agents, that will eat the insides of the pump. This is why some companies make pressure washer safe chemicals, which are also bio-degradable. Keep in mind, because Simple Green is bio-degradable, and contains no harmful/corrosive agents, it can be used in pressure washers!
What I do is I take my 1-gallon concentrate, and fill the PW container 100% mix. I am using a 100% mix because the pressure washer will naturally dilute the mix a bit, as it flows through the washer. I use this Simple Green to clean vehicles and equipment implements. It works so well in breaking up the tire grime, and other caked on dirt. Cleans the windows well. And like I said, its good in cleaning up tractor implements.

I used this product years ago and it worked great. You sprayed it on and almost instantly, the mildew would disappear. Then I couldn’t find it in the stores. I was glad to see it on Amazon and ordered some. Unfortunately, it did not work the way the original did. I sprayed the tile in the shower 3 seperate times and it did not eliminate the mildew. I finally added Clorox and that did the trick. Now I have a gallon and a spray bottle of X-14 that I don’t bother using. That was a waste of money!
